AT THE HEART OF CHANGE IS A CONVERSATION

Leadership is the art of designing transformative conversations.

Our lives are defined by the conversations we can and can’t have.

Our teams and organizations are defined by the conversations they can and can’t have.

I work with leaders to help them drive change through more effective communication, collaboration and action.

A THOUGHT PARTNER IN YOUR CORNER

Mentors, advisors, friends and family are all powerful companions as you navigate change. Having a conversational partner that is 100% dedicated to you and your work is an indispensable asset. Investing in a coach means investing in creating the world you want to create.

A significant asset to our business

In my six months with Daniel, his coaching has been a significant asset to our business. His deep understanding of our challenges enabled him to introduce effective tools and methods that improved our conversations. Daniel’s hands-on work with my team has been invaluable, particularly in enhancing our internal and client meetings. His unique approach doesn’t just address current issues; it encourages deeper, strategic thinking. Daniel is more than a coach; he's a partner in navigating complex business problems.

WHAT MY EXECUTIVE COACHING CLIENTS SAY:

“a thoughtful and kind sparring partner”

Daniel is gently challenging and always encouraging. He's helped me build confidence in my big ideas and helped me redefine my vision of success. He's generous with his time, and our long sessions have helped explore topics in enough depth to make real progress..he’s always a thoughtful and kind sparring partner. I am proud and privileged to have Daniel as my coach.

James Allen, Founder at Creative Huddle

“Daniel has an incredible ability to listen”

…but even more important to reflect back -- provoking an absolutely new direction for your own thinking. He provided questions and thought-provoking considerations to continue my own discovery along my unique path. This allowed me not only to uncover new perspectives but also learn how to continue the conversation with myself post-sessions.

the challenges we face in our lives can be solved with better conversations.

Analyze any problem you're having, and chances are there's a conversation at the root of it. As a result, Daniel can coach you through any of life's obstacles you may face. I know he helped me...and he does it with active listening and empathy, along with years of professional and personal experiences.

COACHING APPROACH: TRANSFORMING THREE LEVELS OF CONVERSATION

If you are working to create a real change, at least three conversations will always come into play: Conversations with yourself, with others, and with the world at large. To help shift those conversations, you need a partner: a safe space to unpack and redesign the most important conversations in your life.

Level One: Conversations with yourself

Every transformation comes down to this: What are you really trying to create? And then the deeper question: Why do you want that? And then the harder question we all ask ourselves: Do I deserve it?

Impostor syndrome, inner conflict and self-doubt are things most high performers feel at some point. Working on your inner conversations is high-impact work and can clear the way for the next levels of conversation.

Level Two: Conversations with OTHERs

Navigating relationships with your teams, your partners and your organization requires masterful skill. Deepening your capacity for leadership, facilitation and teamwork are worthwhile investments.

Level Three: Conversations with the world

Play a bigger game and invite a larger conversation. Transformational change might mean cultivating a community, building your thought leadership or your company’s brand…or raising money for your next round of growth. Guiding these larger conversations with skill and ease is possible.

TEAM COACHING in CONVERSATIONAL LEADERSHIP

“Conversational Leadership is a new approach to aligning teams and leading change - which is more critical than ever - and has transformed how I lead Sprints and train Sprint Masters at Google.”

— Kai Hailey, Head of Design Relations and Lead of Sprint Master Academy

These ways of working on the conversation levels of self, team and world can show up as:

  • Shifting the mindsets of your leadership team

  • Transforming how the silos of your organization learn to collaborate more artfully &

  • Launching more impactful products and services in deeper collaboration with your stakeholders and customers.

I have received tremendous value from Daniel. He has been a trusted advisor, provided training to my teams, and acted as a personal coach. He has helped me and my team to deliver more business value by developing more effective personal interactions and communication in everything from simple conversation, all the way up to in-person and remote facilitation of large groups.
